ETOPS - DURING #2 COMBUSTION LINER INSPECTION FOUND LOWER IGNTITOR PLUG DAMAGED. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT HAND LOWER IGNITOR PLUG PER AMM 74-21-01, OPS CHECK GOOD, OK TO CONTINUE.
