ETOPS -  ENG 1 MINOR FAULT AFTER START. FOUND WC08 HARNESS WIRE SHOWING. REMOVED AND REPLACED PER AMM 73-21-68. PERFROMED IDLE ENGINE RUN. OPS GOOD.
