DURING A 3 YR CHECK AT SIAEP, INSPECTION AS PER MPD TASK ZL-500-02-1, CORROSION HAS BEEN FOUND ON THE LT WING BOTTOM SKIN PANEL 1 LOWER SURFACE AT THE FORWARD SPAR BETWEEN RIB 8-9. DAMAGE EXCEEDS ITS ALLOWABLE DAMAGE LIMITS IAW SRM 57-21-11-283-014. RI-HAL-57-004 IS ISSUED TO EMBODY THE PERMANENT REPAIR ON THE DAMAGED AREA WITH APPROVAL RDAF REF. 81329927/003/2023-A .
