## Discrepancy

NR 1 ENGINE WOULD NOT START OR VENT DUE TO NO DC POWER RUNNING THROUGH THE ELECTRICAL MASTER BOX (EMB).  THE EMB HAD 27 HOURS SINCE INSTALLED ON THE ACFT.
