## Discrepancy

IN BRIGHT LIGHT COULD NOT SEE DISPLAY. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  FOUND PHOTOCELL V101 BAD.  REPLACED PHOTOCELL V101.  REPAIRED.  ALSO FOUND S102 TRANSFER SWITCH INTERMITTENT.  REPLACED S102 TRANSFER SWITCH.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
