## Discrepancy

TRANSPONDER WILL NOT TEST OR IDENT.  PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION AND FOUND REPLY LIGHT DIM.  ALSO FOUND RESISTOR R477 DETERIORATED.  REPLACED V301 PHOTOCELL AND R477 RESISTOR.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
