ATC REPORTED TRANSPONDER AS INOPERATIVE. FOUND WEAK POWER OUT.  REPLACED CAVITY OSCILLATOR V101.  REPAIRED.  REPLACED DETERIORATED RESISTOR R477 AND PHOTOCELL V301 DUE TO WEAK REPLY LIGHT.  REPAIRED.  ADJUSTED FREQUENCY.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
