## Discrepancy

INSTALLED TRANSPONDER IN AIRCRAFT AND POWERED UP FOR TEST.  REPLY LIGHT STAYED ON BUT NO OUTPUT COULD BE MEASURED. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION, COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM.  ADJUSTED FREQUENCY AND PULSE WIDTH.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
