## Discrepancy

LONGERON MISMANUFACTURED AND MISIDENTIFIED.  RIVETS INSTALLED AT BOTTOM OF SPLICES WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW US TO PICK UP RIVET PATTERN FROM CEILING PANEL.  RIVETS ARE NOT INSTALLED, TOP OF SPLICES OF LONGERON.
