ADF RADIO INOPERATIVE. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION, FOUND BLOWN FUSE.  INSTALLED CIRCUIT BREAKER (1 AMP) TO TROUBLESHOOT.  WHEN TURNED ON, SMOKE CAME FROM UNIT.  UNIT OPERATION WAS FAULTY.
