## Discrepancy

ATC TRANSPONDER REPORTED AS NOT SQUAWKING.  PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  REPLACED TRANSISTOR Q104, Q502, AND TWO EACH SPACERS, REPAIRED.  BEGAN BENCH CHECK AND FOUND WEAK TRANSMIT POWER.   ALIGNED TRANSMITTER AND GOT 100 WATTS OUT.
