STUD PULLED FROM HOUSING.  LOST TRANSMISSION OIL DURING OPS CHECK FLIGHT DUE TO ONE EACH STUD FOR OIL FILTER CAP PULLING THREADS OUT OF HOUSING, ALLOWING FILTER BOWL TO COCK AND BLOW OIL BY BOWL O-RING.
