## Discrepancy

NR 1 AND NR 2 NEEDLES WOULD NOT CORRECT FOR THE ZERO SCALE.  SLOPE ADJUST WAS WORKING NORMALLY.  LOW READINGS STAYED AT OR ABOVE 26 PERCENT.
