2 YEAR INSPECTION.  FOUND EXCESSIVE CORROSION UNDER HEADER P102 AND J101. REMOVED HEADER AND PLUG AND CLEANED CORROSION.  REPLACED P102 AND J101.  UNIT WILL NOT TURN ON.
