## Discrepancy

TRANSCEIVER FAILS ALL TESTS.  REPLACED 2 EACH BACKLIGHTING BULBS.  ALIGNED RECEIVER AND ADJUSTED FREQUENCY AND POWER OUT.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
