## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, NOSE TUCKED 15 DEGREES- COULD NOT RECOVER WITH CYCLIC UNTIL RECOVERED BY ITSELF.  RPM AND HYD BLOCK LIGHTS FLASHED.
