SEGMENT VERY DIM IN DAYLIGHT. FOUND PHOTOCELL BAD.  INSTALLED NEW PHOTOCELL.  ALSO MISSING 2 EACH COVER SCREWS.  INSTALLED 2 SCREWS.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
