UNIT WILL NOT POWER UP. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION. TROUBLESHOT AND REPLACED F202 FUSE.  ADJUSTED STC AND GAIN VOLTAGE.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
