WILL NOT TRANSMIT AT THE RIGHT FREQUENCY. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  ADJUSTED FREQUENCY, PULSE WIDTH AND POWER.  ALIGNED PRESELECTOR AND IF.  REPAIRED.  ALSO REPLACED BAD V301 PHOTOCELL.  UNIT BENCH CHECK GOOD.
