T4 INDICATOR WAS RECEIVED WITH RATTLE NOISE INSIDE.  DID NOT INSTALL ON AIRCRAFT.  WAS ISSUED AND RETIRED UNSERVICEABLE.  SOUNDS LIKE LOOSE SCREW INSIDE.
