## Discrepancy

TRANSPONDER WOULD NOT PASS CERTIFICATION. FOUND FREQUENCY TO BE INTERMITTENT.  RESOLDERED LOOSE WIRES ON V101 AND ADJUSTED FREQUENCY AND POWER TO SPECS.  INSTALLED GROOVE PIN ON LOCKING MECHANISM.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
