## Discrepancy

OIL LEAKING FROM ELBOW JAMB NUT.  FOUND FITTING CRACKED AT JAMB NUT FLANGE.  CRACK RUNS AROUND RADIUS AND MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1/4 IN LENGTH. REPLACED FITTING.
