DURING MANUAL INFLATION INSPECTION, BAG FAILED AT 3 EACH INLET AREAS.  BAG MATERIAL SEPARATED AT SWIVEL ATTACHMENT ALLOWING NITROGEN TO ESCAPE OUTSIDE THE BAG.
