## Discrepancy

VOR TRANSCEIVER INOPERATIVE.  CAN HEAR WHEN THE POWER SWITCH IS BEING TURNED ON AND OFF OVER HEADSET. REPLACED DIODE CR413.  REPAIRED.  ALSO REPLACED BROKEN SWITCH S402.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
