TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX OUTPUT SHAFT HAS EXCESSIVE PITTING ON SPLINES.  OUTPUT CAP 406040408101, SN AFS1424 BEARING LINER WORN BEYOND LIMITS. REPAIRED.
