TRANSCEIVER INOPERATIVE. FOUND TRANSCEIVER WOULD NOT TURN ON.  REPLACED BAD F101 FUSE.  REPAIRED PROBLEM.  FOUND DISPLAY WOULD NOT DIM PROPERLY.  REPLACED BAD V501 PHOTOCELL AND ALSO BAD DISPLAY LENS.  REPAIRED PROBLEM.  ADJUSTED MIC GAIN AND SIDETONE.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
