## Discrepancy

RUST INSIDE SPLINED ADAPTER; BEARING SEAL DAMAGED; AND HANGER SUPPORT CRACKED ON BOTTOM. REPLACED BEARING DUE TO SEAL DAMAGED.  REPLACED HANGER DUE TO CRACKED.  REPLACED SHAFT DUE TO CORROSION.  REPAIRED.
