TROUBLESHOOTING. FOUND GOVERNOR BREAK LOW AND UNIT HANGING.  SPLIT UNIT AND INSPECTED INTERIOR AND FOUND FLYWEIGHTS STICKING SLIGHTLY.  CLEANED FLYWEIGHT PINS AND RETESTED.  UNIT TESTED OK.
