## Discrepancy

WEATHER RADAR WILL NOT PAINT GREEN ON TEST OR DURING LONG FLIGHTS. FOUND TEST PATTERN ERRATIC AND COLORS TURN ALL RED INTERMITTENTLY.  REPLACED U1312, U1313 ICS ON VIDEO BOARD.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
