## Discrepancy

INTERMITTENTLY LOCKS UP AND WILL NOT CHANGE FREQUENCIES. REPLACED DEFECTIVE TRANSFER SWITCH, DEFECTIVE PHOTOCELL AND FADED LENS.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
