## Discrepancy

FOUND CUSHION UNBONDING, DETECTED CORROSION UNDER CUSHION.  UNABLE TO DETECT CORROSION WHILE STRAP WAS INSTALLED ON AIRCRAFT, STRAP CORRODED DUE TO IMPROPER PROTECTION DURING THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. TO BE SENT TO VENDOR.
