## Discrepancy

PANEL MISMANUFACTURED.  WHEN WE STARTED TO DRILL FASTENER HOLES INTO TRIMMED PANEL AT AFT CENTER EDGE, PANEL SEPERATED AND A CLEAR HARD SUBSTANCE CAME OUT OF PANEL. PANEL REPAIRED BY ACI.
