## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD.  RETURNED TO CAMERON.  MAINTENANCE FOUND THE ACCESS DOOR AND HINGE PIN MISSING FROM THE FRONT OF THE FORWARD COWLING.  REPLACED HINGE.
