AFTER COMPLETION OF THE BEFORE LANDING CHECK LIST NOTICED NR 2 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE AT 135 FT - 140 FT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND THE NR 2 OIL COOLER BLOWER FAILED.  REPLACED BLOWER.
