NORMAL OPERATIONS BEFORE LANDING.  LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN AND NO LANDING GEAR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  RETURN TO BASE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL PANEL.
