## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF, WHEN THE LANDING GEAR WAS RETRACTED, THE UNSAFE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT DUE TO A BROKEN NOSE WHEEL POSITION CABLE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CABLE. NOTE: PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED ON 6/30/09.
