ON SHORT FINAL TO MV C-CONSTRUCTOR #2 GEN FAIL CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CONDUCTED A WAVE-OFF INTO A HOLDING PATTERN. EXECUTED CHECKLIST TOR #2 GEN FAIL TO RECYCLE/RESET THE GENERATOR. GENERATOR RETURNED WITHOUT ISSUE. CONTINUED FLIGHT IAW PROCEDURES.
