THUMBWHEEL LIGHTS POSITIONS 4 AND 6 ARE INOPERATIVE. REPLACED S1 THUMBWHEEL.  REPAIRED.  REPLACED 5 EACH DETERIORATED SWITCH BOOTS.  REPAIRED.
