RECEIVED ASSY NEW AND OBSERVED COLLECTIVE PIN P/N 222-010-456-007 INSTALLED BACKWARDS.   ADVISED TO INSTALL CORRECTLY. ON REMOVAL FOUND A LARGE GOUGE. MEASURED  AT 1.0025 OUT OF MFG SPECS.
