## Discrepancy

TRANSPONDER INOPERATIVE. FOUND PLASTIC INSULATOR BUSHING ON Q501 TRANSISTOR BURNT AND ARCING TO GROUND.  REPLACED BUSHING TO REPAIR PROBLEM.  ALIGNED RECEIVER AND IF SECTION TO SPECS.  UNIT BENCH CHECK GOOD.
