DME LED READOUT IS INOPERATIVE. REPLACED BURNT F201 FUSE, BURNT INSULATOR AND BURNT INSULATING BUSHING ONE Q203 TRANSISTOR.  THIS REPAIRED SHORT TO GROUND.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
