NO IDENT LIGHT AND NO LIGHT ON TEST. REPLACED PHOTOCELL V201.  REPAIRED.  REPLACED DETERIORATED RESISTOR R477.  ADJUSTED POWER OUT AND FREQUENCY TO SPECS.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
