INOPERATIVE.  (GOES OUT WHEN VIBRATED; ALSO DISPLAYS GARBAGE AT ALL TIMES) INSPECTED AND TESTED UNIT AND FOUND IT WOULD GO OUT COMPLETELY WHEN VIBRATED AND LOOSE PRESENT POSITION.  ALSO, UNIT WOULD DISPLAY GARBAGE ON DISPLAY AT TIMES.
