INTERMITTENT TRANSMIT. VERIFIED UNIT TO HAVE LOW POWER OUT.  TRIED ADJUSTING POWER TO SPECS.  NO HELP.  REPLACED CAVITY TUBE V101.  REPAIRED.  ADJUSTED FREQUENCY.  COOKED UNIT UNDER HEAT LAMP, VIBRATED AND PUT IN FREEZER.  FREQUENCY REMAINED STEADY.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
