## Discrepancy

ATC XPONDER UNIT DOES NOT MEET MANUFACTURE AND AIRWORTHINESS STANDARDS.  NUMBERS DON'T SEQUENCE CORRECTLY.  IDENT SWITCH LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON AND GOES OFF INTERMITTENTLY .  TEST SWITCH DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.  TIME SINCE REPAIR 0:00.
