## Discrepancy

SIGNAL IS INTERMITTENT. INSTALLED Q415 HEATSINK.  REPLACED HEAT SHRINK ON 9V LINE FOR LOCAL OSCILLATOR.  PLACED IN FREEZER, UNIT STILL INTERMITTENT.  FOUND IC I405 BAD.  REPLACED IC I405.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
