INTERMITTENT AND HALF OF DISPLAY NOT USUABLE. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION, FOUND PHOTOCELL (V301) DIMMING.  REPLACED PHOTOCELL (V301), ALSO FOUND LIGHTING INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED 28V BULB.  REPAIRED.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
