## Discrepancy

INSTRUMENT LIGHTS ON 1/2 WORK. FOUND 4 BURNT LAMPS.  PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  REPLACED 4 EACH LAMPS.  PERFORMED COMPLETE CALIBRATION AND ALIGNMENT.  BENCH CHECK GOOD.
