TO COMPLY WITH 500 HOUR INSPECTION.  BLADE HAS SEVERAL CRACKS ON THE TITANIUM STRIP WITH SEPARATION.  THE CRACK AT STATION 123 HAS MULTIPLE BRANCHES.
