REPORTED BY TOWER, INOPERATIVE. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION.  FOUND SWITCH ASSY. INTERMITTENT.  ALSO FOUND POWER OUT LOW AND PHOTOCELL (V301) PHOTOCELL.  REPAIRED.  ADJUSTED PULSE WIDTH AND FREQUENCY. BENCH CHECK GOOD.
